« This presentation exercise was a phenomenal contributor in my learning anatomy: to dive into a subject that compels me (and those who are close to me), I am brought to assimilate basic notions taught during the classes and to integrate them.  The content of the classes then become almost simple to review…Nevertheless, these classes have been indispensable in allowing me to understand this language that seemed so difficult at the start!!

The time spent to prepare the presentation is important, but I felt like I passed a milestone in my knowledge and especially my curiosity about anatomy.  Without this exercise my knowledge would surely have stayed more superficial more staid.  It greatly rewarded my past efforts! Sharing with others allows you to really understand what has been learned. 

It is a teaching method that really works for us adults. ».

« At Qiseido I found a singular education framework.  Providing care to others of course interests me and is the reason for my enrolling for the formation.  But I also note that as students we are the first beneficiaries of the care we provide and receive.  Postures shape our bodies and movements.  They are directly therapeutic.  And in the sessions, we also receive much from our fellow students.  This way we benefit in some manner in the free massage sessions because they are included in our formation and our loved ones benefit when we share with them what we learn in the classes! ».

« I wanted to learn Shiatsu but I did not want to engage myself in a heavy program for several years as I am not now available for theory classes such as Chinese medicine or anatomy and physiology.  At Qiseido I found an approach that provides much freedom.  I am building my first theoretical foundation through practice and over time will come consolidation when I can free-up more time for the classes and personal work. ».
